Shipping Policy

Where we ship from

All stock is held in the UK. Orders are dispatched from our UK supplier’s warehouse in the United Kingdom.

Where we deliver

UK-only shipping. We deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom.

Dispatch times

• Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 9:30am GMT.
• Orders placed after 9:30am GMT are dispatched the next business day.
• Couriers do not collect on weekends or public holidays.

Tracking

Tracking is updated the same day your order is processed. Royal Mail Large Letter delivery normally takes 3–7 business days.

Packaging

Orders are sent in plain, neutral packaging. There is no logo on the parcel and no invoice or paperwork inside the parcel.
