Returns Policy

Before you send anything back

Contact us at info@lavnix.co.uk with your order number before sending anything back. We will issue you a return code — please mark it clearly on the box.

Time limit and condition

Returns must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.
Items must be in their original packaging and original condition.
Please keep valid tracking for your return parcel.

Return postage

The customer pays the return postage. We pay the postage to send a replacement out to you.

Returns without a reasonable reason, especially where there is no quality problem, may incur a 50% disposal fee. Underwear, bikinis and similar intimate items cannot be returned or changed after shipping.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 3 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Defective items

If an item is defective, contact us at info@lavnix.co.uk first, with photos of the front and back of the packaging, the defective item, and the defect. Please include your order number. A refund is made within 3 working days after the warehouse receives and tests the goods.
